Some things to know about the colour yellow

Some of the best things in life are yellow. Why do I say this? Well because it is true. Think about it logically. Think about things that are yellow. Eggs on the inside are yellow. Eggs bring us nourishment and protein. Something that is very important and that we need in our bodies to survive and live a healthy life. Lets face it, who doesn’t love eggs in the morning?

Another thing that is yellow and that is good for us is the sun. The sun gives us vitamin D. Vitamin D is something that many people are lacking in their bodies. So one of the best ways to gain vitamin D is by being outside. The sun provides health benefits as it keeps your bones strong. That’s because your body produces vitamin D when exposed to the sun. The sunshine vitamin assists the body to absorb calcium, which is essential for bone health. Lastly, adults who get sunlight early in the day are prone to have a lower body mass index, a measure that takes into account weight and height.

One of the prettiest flowers out there is the daisy that has yellow in it. Many are unaware that daisies represent purity and innocence and that a daisy is actually two flowers in one. Another fun fact about daises is that the leaves are edible. And Last but definitely not least, daises have lots of medicinal properties. They are thought to relieve indigestion and coughs. So the next time you come across a daisy remember these facts. It’s not uncommon for people to associate the colour yellow with brightness so it makes sense that it is recognized through nourishment.
